I tried to place an order, but the checkout process was a mess. My cart kept resetting, and the discount code would look like it applied, then suddenly disappear once I got to payment (which was super annoying). The page also froze twice, so I had to keep re-entering my info. After a while, I just gave up because it didn’t feel reliable at all

The jersey itself looked decent overall, but the print was a little different from the photos, which made me second-guess it a bit. It’s not awful or anything, and maybe I’m just being picky, but for the price I was hoping it would look a little more exact. I’d feel better if the product photos gave a clearer idea of what to expect.

The order turned out fine in the end, so I can’t really complain about the final result. But the communication was confusing. I had to ask for updates a couple of times, and when they did reply, the answers were short and didn’t really explain much. It made me wonder if they were trying to avoid giving details until they absolutely had to. They did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t a disaster, but I would’ve felt a lot better if they had just been clearer from the start...

They did reply eventually, but man, those slowpokes took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, just annoyingly slow.

I got this for my brother and he ended up really liking it. I’d looked at a few similar ones from other brands, but this seemed like the better pick for the price. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it arrived in good shape and overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered from jerseychamps.com and the jersey showed up fine, so no big issue with shipping or anything. But once I actually looked it over, something just felt Off. The tags didn’t look quite right to me, and the stitching was not like the legit jerseys I already own.
Maybe that wouldn’t bother everyone, but I bought it expecting something that felt more authentic. For what I paid, I Expected a bit better. It’s not completely terrible, but it’s also not really what I was hoping for

The fit was okay overall, but the sleeves were really a little bigger than I expected.

Got my jersey today and, the colors look just like the pictures. Like, there’s no weird shade difference or anything, so I’m really happy with it.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much at first. But like I said, it did show up in good shape, and I’d probably order from them again

I’m giving it 4 stars because I would’ve liked to see a bit more explanation about payment protection before entering my card info. That said, my card was fine, there were no weird charges, and the whole payment process ended up being hassle-free

Was really hoping this would hold up better. After just one wash, the stitching started coming loose and there were threads hanging out. Disappointing, honestly

I tried returning a jersey i was surprised by how complicated it ended up being. I even checked around to see if other people had dealt with the same thing, because I kept thinking maybe I was missing something.

Customer service took days to reply to my emails, and when they finally did, the responses felt generic. They asked me for the same details more than once and never really explained the return steps clearly, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

I also had to pay for the return shipping myself, and it wasn’t cheap. I’m still waiting on my refund, and after this experience, I’d definitely think twice before ordering again unless I saw a lot of people saying the return process had improved.

The site gets the job done, but it felt a little clunky to me. Pages seemed a bit slow to load, and a few of the filters weren’t super clear at first glance. I did end up finding what I needed, but my first instinct was that it took more clicking around than it probably should have.

The jersey came in this super thin bag with basically no protection at all. The bag was ripped on one side, and the shirt inside was all wrinkled up. for what I paid, I figured it would at least come in a decent box or something. Just wasn’t happy with how it showed up.

I ended up having to cancel my order and was a little nervous about how the refund would go... but it was handled really smoothly. They got back to me quickly and refunded it just like they said they would. It took a few days to show up in my account, but that was fine. Overall, no hassle and no drama...

There were quite a few designs to look through, and I ended up finding one I actually liked. Nothing too crazy, but overall a solid selection.

Got my jersey with my name and number on it. It came exactly how I entered it, no issues. Happy with it.
